Celebrating 60th Wedding Anniversary
Robert and Philomena (Flotta) Ford of Plum, formerly of Rankin and Swissvale, celebrated their 60th anniversary on August 27, 2020. They were married in Swissvale at Madonna del Costello Catholic Church in August of 1960. Due to the pandemic, a blessing and celebration was postponed. Robert is a retired school teacher and stays active in volunteer work. Philomena is semi-retired as she continues to enjoy working part time. Their children, Bob and (Carrie) of Tampa, Florida and Mary Beth of Pittsburgh, look forward to celebrating their parents in the near future.
